The Rotary Leadership Institute

Six Bristol Rotary members attended The Rotary Leadership Institute Conference in Chicopee, MA. Participants took part in three 50-minute segments. Level one covered material such as, defining a leader (motivational techniques, leadership styles, how best to lead) We were able to understand the purpose and structure of Rotary better, Learned was to engage members, have fun, make friends, and effectively serve. We learned more about the Rotary Foundation. We talked about Ethics & Vocational service. Lastly we talked about the service projects that our clubs do and left with ideas on how to plan new service projects!
