Meeting notes
1- Our website will have a new tab called “letters”. This is where we will upload any correspondents that we received from organizations, whether it's for thanking us for a mini grant, looking for help., etc.
I will let you know when this is up and running.
Also on our website, please make sure you check out the Calendar tab. That is updated with all of the events that we know of so far.
2- Thank you all for turning in the surveys. When I get back, we will have a discussion on the information that you submitted.
3- The Shamrock Race is this Saturday. We will have a table inside handing out flyers for our Mumathon road race from 8:30 to 10 AM. Tom and Judi Ann will be manning that table.
4- RunSignUp is now up and running. Let's please start to talk the race up and get people over to that site so they could register. Our goal this year is 450 participants.
5- Our Epic Day of service will be May 16 in Southington. We will be packing food as we've done the past couple of years. More information to come..
6- We'd like to welcome our newest member Jay Messier.
